In 2006, Irina Valueva graduated from the Faculty of Law of Irkutsk State University.

From 2002 to 2008, Irina worked as an investigator and then as an investigator at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Irkutsk Region. Since 2009, he has been a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
