Alexander Changli appeared on the TV programme «Otkrytaya studiya»

28.09.2017 Alexander Changli, Partner of Iusland Law Offices and Boris Vishnevskiy, Deputy of the legislative assembly of St. Petersburg appeared on Nika Strizhak’s television programme «Otkrytaya studiya» that aired live on 78 Channel on September 28, 2017. Episode covered the issues of Housing and Public utilities and communications from citizens. During the air were discussed the questions such as fraud in Housing and Public utilities’ services, and opening of St. Petersburg’ State Portal for appeals by citizens addressing public authorities. The creation of this State Portal will be cost city budget 7 mln rub.
