“Komersant“ business daily published Sergey Golubok’s opinion in regards to the Constitutional Court award permitting the reducing of environmental compensating charges for oil companies

Attorney Sergey Golubok is concerned that cancellation of fixed compensating payments would lead to the situation when oil companies calculate by themselves the amount of payment which would be quite difficult to check.
