News portal Pravo.ru published Vladislav Salita’s commentary to the article “Without unnecessary discussions: clinics were forced to work by new rules”

In May of 2018 The Russian Ministry of Health approved the new “Organization rules for the plastic surgery clinics” (Order №298), including requirements for the plastic surgery clinics’ equipment and staff.

“There’s nothing wrong with the Government caring for the citizens and passing the normative acts which are strengthening the control of the supervising authorities on medical organizations and increasing the quality of medical help. We should always consider the economical aspects or at least give the entrepreneurs time to make their business match the new requirements”.

“As of today, entrepreneurs that are still working in the industry invested millions of Rubles and brought their business in compliance with the new rules. Those who didn’t have enough money had to shut it down“ - says Vladislav Salita, Iusland Law Offices’ lawyer.
