The round table devoted to the latest amendments into the Civil Code of the RF in the in the light of the English law enforcement practice was held on March 15, 2016 in St. Petersburg. The event was organized by St. Petersburg Institute of Advocacy and Mediation and supported by Iusland Law Offices and Edwin Coe LLP.

The participants talked about the latest amendments into the Civil Code of the RF in the in the light of the English law enforcement practice. The representatives of legal academic community, attorneys-at-law and practicing lawyers discussed such topics as option and option agreements, estoppel in contract law and representations and warranties.
