“If comes into force, it would be a real step forward in law enforcement practice!” - Vsevolod Baibak spoke at the "Legal Remedies in Case of Non-Performance of Obligations" session at the St.Petersburg International Legal Forum

Vsevolod Baibak, Partner of Iusland Law Offices, Ph.D., and a well-known expert at civil legislation took part in "Legal Remedies in Case of Non-Performance of Obligations" session at the “Private Law” track.

During the event, Vsevolod spoke about the latest amendments into the RF Civil Code, providing a new concept of "reasonable certainty" to determine the amount of damages and a new kind of compensation for damages for the "loss of chance".
