On March 26th of 2019 Marina Petrova participated in the Saint-Petersburg’s International Education Forum

The International Education Forum took place in Saint-Petersburg from March 20th to 29th, our lawyer Marina Petrova participated in the event. www.eduforum.spb.ru

In the section “Mediation as a mechanism for creating a beneficial norm-forming environment” Marina Petrova made a report on the topic of “Family mediation: children and separation of property” for the round-table conference, and also participated in the debate called “Experience and perspectives in the growth of social mediation services”.

Iusland’s law office’s lawyer Marina Petrova pointed out the high efficiency of applying the mediation procedure for domestic disputes in the early stage of a conflict.

Unfortunately, both parties of the conflict and their representatives don’t know about the opportunity of applying the mediation procedure before trial.

Meanwhile the mediation institute makes it possible to lower the emotional strain of a conflict, lets both parties realize their true interests, and sometimes even come to an agreement without taking any legal actions.
