Vsevolod Baibak spoke at the seminar "Reform of the Civil Code: Comments to major novels in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in 2013 - 2015".

From 27 to 29 April 2015, St. Petersburg will host a training program organized by M-Logos Institute of Law. Vsevolod Baibak, Ph.D. in law, Partner of Iusland Law Offices, will speak at the event.

Within this training program, a detailed discussion is planned on amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on transactions and their invalidity, statute of limitations, representation, securities and real estate, legal entities, assignment, transfer of debt,  pledge, which were adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation in 2013 and 2014. In addition, the discussion will focus on major novels of the law on reformation of contractual rules of the Civil Code, adopted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation in February 2015, and entering into force on 1 June 2015.
