The round table “Representations and warranties and indemnity clauses in new edition of the Civil code of the Russian Federation” is to be held on July 2, 2015 in Moscow. The participants are going to discuss two new articles (Article 431.2 and Article 406.1) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which have come into force as of June 1, 2015.
