Welcome the new members of Iusland Law Offices’ team: Kirill Advakhov, Nadezhda Advakhova and Yana Griguts

New advocates joined Iusland Law Offices’ team: Kirill Advakhov, Nadezhda Advakhova and Yana Griguts.

Yana Griguts is an advocate since 2010. Yana was a member of the qualification commission of the Republic of Karelia Bar. Since 2019 she is a member of St. Petersburg Bar, acting member of the Bar Association of the Russian Federation. For more than 10 years, Yana has been successfully carrying out legal and advocacy activities to provide legal assistance to protect the rights of citizens and legal entities in the Republic of Karelia, St. Petersburg, Moscow and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation. She has practical experience in most areas of advocacy in arbitration, civil and criminal cases.

Kirill Advakhov is an advocate since 2019. From 2012 to 2018 Kirill served in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, took senior positions as well. In 2019 Kirill successfully passed the qualification law exam and became a member of the St. Petersburg Bar. Kirill has many years of experience, knowledges of methods of investigating criminal cases, as well as the implementation of operational-search measures by operational units, that allow Kirill to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, while ensuring access to justice.

Nadezhda Advakhova is an advocate since 2019. From 2012 to 2017 Nadezhda served in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Saint Petersburg, in 2013 she took the position of senior investigator. In 2019 Nadezhda Advakhova successfully passed the qualification law exam and became a member of the St. Petersburg Bar. Nadezhda is a specialist in criminal law, as well as in medical law, family law, construction and real estate law.
